Emma Charsley, CFOO at Vendigital
Vendigital, the top-25 UK Management Consultancy specialising in cost and operating strategy, has today announced the appointment of Emma Charsley (formerly Davies) to the position of Chief Finance and Operating Officer (CFOO), strengthening its long-term growth trajectory into existing and new markets.
Emma has over 18 years’ experience in establishing and helping to grow entrepreneurial businesses. She recently held the roles of CEO & CFO at private equity backed food business, Thomas Fudge’s, where she developed the company’s commercial strategy, optimising its growth and financial performance right through to a successful exit.
In her new role at the recently private equity backed Vendigital, Emma will be joining the firm’s leadership team, with responsibility for helping drive the business’s long-term, high-growth objectives.
Earlier this year, the firm was ranked by the Financial Times as a Top 25 Leading UK Management Consultancy, and achieved success at the prestigious 2019 MCA Awards, where it received the Commercial Excellence award in recognition of its work with FTSE 250 manufacturing company, Spectris.
