Clever Lending has been appointed as a Strategic Partner of LendInvest to distribute their specialist bridging and development finance products.
The partnership will provide additional value to Clever Lending and their brokers that use development and bridging finance for a variety of uses such as buying investment property at auction, renovating property and for funding change of use.
The latest LendInvest residential bridging product range offers rates from as low as 0.64% and their products cater for lending on a large range of buy to let investment and commercial property. They are also able to provide finance throughout England, Wales and Scotland.
Brokers are now able to deal directly with Clever Lending to take advantage of their Strategic Partner status and the niche lending opportunities and expertise in packaging cases that the partnership will provide.
