The Chancellor will unveil his Autumn Budget to Parliament on October 29, but what will it mean for companies and will it provide any personal planning opportunities? On Halloween, Pierce Chartered Accountants will discuss the announcement, to make it less frightening for businesses and individuals from across Lancashire.
The Budget is earlier than usual this year due to the impending emergency Brexit summit scheduled for November.
In a Tweet announcing the date, Philip Hammond said the Budget will “set out how our balanced approach is getting debt falling while supporting our vital public services, and how we are building a stronger, more prosperous economy.”
Discussing the Budget will be Pierce chairman John Green, director Nadeem Hussain, tax dispute consultant Stephen Outhwaite and senior tax manager Anne Wilson.
The free event starts at 7.30am with a cooked breakfast followed by presentations from Pierce’s specialists offering analysis of each point covered. The event will conclude with a question and answer session and an opportunity to network.
The Budget Breakfast is a complimentary event, but those interested in going must pre-register here http://www.pierce.co.uk/about/pierce-events/the-2018-chancellors-autumn-budget/?utm_source=sendinblue&utm_campaign=Budget_Breakfast&utm_medium=email or contact Lisa Kennery on 01254 688100.
